Earlier this month I spent a few days with my husband's side of the family—a small but special gathering that spanned four generations. Relatives arrived from Florida, Texas and North Dakota to join a few locals in Minnesota. The weekend was packed with late-night card games, belly laughs and the kind of unhurried conversations that only happen when you’re all in the same place at the same time.
Just a week earlier, I had another kind of reunion—this time at the Solifi Summit. After spending over 25 years at Solifi (and later working as a customer), being back at the conference felt like reconnecting with old friends. It was great to see familiar faces and meet new leaders who are genuinely listening and focused on the future. Just like with family, there were conversations and sharing of thoughts and ideas, with a bunch of laughs sprinkled around!
One standout moment was the Platform User Group on the afternoon before the conference kicked off. It was a true user group—interactive, not a lecture. Solifi ran live polls, asked open-ended questions, and leaned in when clients and partners shared challenges. Solifi really wants to hear from you!
Throughout the event there was a lot of energy around partnerships, AI and the push to the cloud—topics that used to feel far-off but are now front and center. Tamarack has a real opportunity to be part of that shift, and it’s exciting to think about how we can help customers navigate what’s next.
Whether it’s spent with relatives, former coworkers or industry friends, summer reminds us of the power of connection.
